1. INITIAL CONTACT >> The client contacts us either via phone or email
2. REQUIREMENTS >> We discuss the clients requirements either over the phone or will arrange a face to face meeting, whichever is more convienient for the client.
3. QUOTATION >> At this stage we would go away from the meeting with an idea of what the client wants which allows us toformulate a no obligation project quotation stating the cost and estimated turnaround.
4. IDEA GENERATION >> Once the quotation has been approved we can start on the creative part. We brainstorm and create an initail idea sheet which is sent to the client on completion and discussed.
5. DEVELOPMENT >> Taking the clients comments into consideration we revise the designs and streamline the ideas through a series of development stages, presenting to the client after each.
6. FINALISING & ARTWORK >> We always develop a project until the client is 100% happy. Once signed off we then supply the designs in their required output state. Either print ready or web complient depending on usage.
7. DELIVERY >> If the goods are printed then we can arrange delivery to a chosen address or if the work is media based it is supplied to the required source eg uploaded to the web or sent to a developer.
8. INVOICING >> Once the project is complete and everyone is happy, we then send over our official invoice. |
